Extended Microlight Flying in Lincolnshire
Experience the incredibly breathtaking sensation of microlight flying. Following a full flight and safety briefing from a qualified pilot, jump aboard a dual-controlled microlight. There are two styles of microlight: flex wing', modelled on the frame of a hang glider; or 'fixed wing', which is not unlike a conventional aircraft. Once airborne, admire sensational bird's-eye views of the ground below whilst marvelling at the microlights agility and speed. During the flight, take over the main controls to experience the true joys of ultralight aviation. For those who catch the bug, the flying time can count towards a microlight Private Pilot's Licence. A one day club membership is also included.

The flight will last for approximately 60 minutes, but please allow for longer at the venue.
- Numbers on the Day
Briefings may be shared, but the flight is held on a one-to-one basis with a qualified microlight flight instructor.
- Dress Code
Most microlights have open cockpits, so wrap up warm. Wear sensible shoes (no heels) and gloves. Sunglasses are recommended all year round.
- Other Info
This flying time can count towards a microlight Private Pilot's Licence, for which you need 15 hours of dual control and 10 hours solo flying to qualify. Please be aware that this is quite a high adrenaline experience, not for the faint hearted.
