Expert blacksmiths work in partnership with couples in the workshop in order to create the rings that will stay on the bride and groom's fingers for a lifetime. Of course it isn't all about the work this special experience includes a chance to order lunch or bring a picnic to enjoy in the picturesque Oldfield Forge woods - the blacksmith even provides a bottle of bubbly for the happy couple to toast the occasion. Bookings can be arranged any day of the week, throughout the whole year.
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 18. Please advise in advance of any health issues, however minor. Wheelchair users welcome, please advise needs at point of booking.
Lasts around five hours, including four hours spent in the forge and around an hour for lunch. Should anyone need additional time to finish making their keepsake, they are welcome to stay in the forge for an extra hour.

- Dress Code
For this working environment, wear fully covering loose fitting cotton clothing with old jeans or trousers. All jewellery, skirts, vests, loose cuffs are prohibited. Sturdy boots are recommended. Leather aprons are provided. Long hair must be tied.
