    Participant Guidelines

Minimum age is 17. No license needed, however driving knowledge is preferred.

Racing may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions like ice or heavy rain, when driving might become dangerous. Call the venue if in any doubt.

Lasts around two and a half hours. Please arrive 30 minutes before the start time for a welcome address.

    Numbers On Day

A maximum of 28 people take part. Everyone competes in two heats racing against the clock.

Feel free to bring as many guests to spectate as you like - no charge! Undercover seating is available if it's raining, but they'll only be able to watch all the action from outside. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

    Dress Code

Dress warmly and wear flat shoes, or boots if it's wet day. The event is held on rough terrain and if it's been raining you'll probably get a bit muddy.

The initial sight of the trucks acting like bucking broncos was a little intimidating to the point of thinking, shall I, shan't I. Glad I risked it, brilliant fun. Perhaps an indication that it looks worse from the outside than it actually is when driving, would have helped. 2 people left without trying the trucks out - such a shame, they'd have loved it.

Had a brilliant day. This was the best serious fun anyone could have in one day. We had a mixture of male/female in our group all different ages and it just didnt matter because we just all got along so well. The staff were very helpfull and freindly - you couldnt fault any part of the day. Even the weather was fantastic (i dont know if red letter days fixed that as well). I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you Red Letter Days for a brilliant day.

The venue was easy to find - on arrival staff were very informative and helpful. The guys running the event were brilliant and made everyone feel like they were the best driver out of the group. I have to say I hope people don't drive their cars like this! Best fun I've had for ages, great for male or female.
