Learn a whole host of amazing digital photography skills
Get creative and snappy with an informative night time photography tour of Birmingham. Learn a variety of handy techniques and tips to capture this beautiful city at night. Following instruction and advice from a qualified instructor, learn about the different buttons and features your camera has and what it is fully capable of. The experience is great both for total novices or for those with some knowledge of digital photography. Learn proficiencies such as creative arrangement, shutter velocities, exposure control and aperture, having time with the instructor one-to-one. Take away newfound skills and produce sensational pictures to be proud of.
Every Friday and the first and third Wednesday of each month throughout the year.
Minimum age 16. Previous photography experience isn't required and although a DSLR camera is preferred, compact cameras with a manual setting can be used.
The tour doesn't take place in heavy rain. Participants are emailed if a cancellation proves necessary.
Lasts for approximately two hours. Times as follows: April - June 8.45pm, July and August 9.30pm, September 7.30pm and October - March 7pm.

A maximum of 18 participants take part.
Takes place outdoors in the evening, so please dress warmly and wear suitable footwear.
Bring a camera and ideally, a tripod. Tripods can be rented for free but must be requested during the booking in process. Tutors can bring a max of 4 tripods per tour. The course trainers are all hand-picked working photographers.
