Feeding the Lemurs in Hertfordshire
Overview
Lemurs originate from the island of Madagascar and are now critically endangered. Captive breeding is essential to their continued survival and this experience offers a rare chance to enjoy them at close hand. Begin in the Discovery Centre with complimentary refreshments prior to being escorted to the ring-tailed lemur enclosure for a health and safety briefing. Then spend around fifteen minutes inside the enclosure, feeding these inquisitive animals as they use you as their personal climbing frame. One of the park team remains on hand to assist and to help capture photographs on your camera. The package also includes a goody bag and a certificate to take home. Enjoy visiting the rest of the park as part of your experience.
