We need to know the name of the online gift experience retailer and the price of the matched product; contact details of the redletterdays.co.uk purchaser (name, address and contact number); purchase date and price paid. Once verified we'll refund the difference.

Our Price Match Promise applies to online gift experience retailers who, at the time of the Red Letter Day purchase, hold the same stock with correct pricing and immediate availability.

Our Price Match Promise covers full price experiences up to a maximum of £250 RRP (recommended retail price). Tangible goods, exchanged vouchers, account credit or experiences including promotional offers, coupons or discount codes are excluded.

Price comparison includes delivery and handling charges.

Our Price Match Promise is subject to change at any time and available exclusively for purchases made in the UK.

Any refund is extended to the original purchaser via their initial payment method.
