Two Day Introduction To Photography
This fun and practical two day introduction to digital photography is a great way to learn all the essential ingredients required to take professional looking snaps. Over the course of two days, get acquainted with a host of handy photography skills such as aperture, ISO and white balance, shutter speeds and the rules of creative composition, as well as working with raw V jpegs and focus points. On the second day of the course, head to a nearby location to put theory into practice with a photoshoot and pick up additional tips from a seasoned tutor. Take away plenty of practical DSLR knowledge and comprehensive course notes to use for future reference.

A Saturday or Sunday date at least four times a year.
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age 16. Participants don't need any previous photography experience, but must have a digital SLR camera.
The course may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice or severe rain). Please call the venue if in any doubt.
Starts at 9.30am and finishes at approximately 4.30pm each day, including a break for lunch (not provided).

A maximum of 12 participants share the day.
- Dress Code
The experience will begin indoors but much of it will take place outdoors, so please dress appropriately and wear suitable footwear.

Lunch is not provided, so please bring it with you. The course trainers are all hand-picked working photographers who share a passion for photography.
