60 Minute Paddleboarding in Bedfordshire

Originating in Hawaii, the sport has seen a surge in popularity in recent years. This thorough 60-minute experience kicks off with one-on-one tuition covering all the basics of paddling. All equipment is provided, from the wetsuit to the buoyancy aids. Learn to use core muscles to stand upright on the board and propel through the water with a specialist paddle, all aided by the instructor's expert guidance. In this way, one can leisurely explore the lakes and their tranquil surroundings. Improve balance and core strength while promoting a peaceful and centred state of mind.

Weekends and occasional weekdays. The season runs from March to November.
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 6. Reasonable fitness and confidence in water are recommended, but there are no other restrictions.
Only high winds, thunderstorms or flooding prevent the experience from running. If in any doubt, please call the venue before setting off.
Lasts for around an hour and a half in total, including one hour on the water.
