Sea Salted Chocolate Bonbons Course for One at Melt Chocolates
Melt Chocolates is set in the heart of Notting Hill and is an expert in the art of chocolate making. Learn from keen chocolatiers how to craft delicious salted praline truffles. The experience will be led by Melt Chocolates’ expert chocolatiers who will explain each step of the process in detail. Learn how to make creamy filling by mixing hazelnut praline with both milk and dark chocolate and add crunch and texture with salt. While waiting for the crystallisation process, the chocolatiers will present a fascinating talk on the rich history of chocolate as some delicious samples are enjoyed. Following that, it is time to continue with the truffle making process. Cut the salted squares and then dip and top the chocolates with decorations. Take a personal box home to enjoy later.

Available week round throughout the year. Workshops take place from 10am and the last booking is available at 4.30pm.

Minimum age is 6. Please inform the school at the time of booking of any dietary, allergy or specific medical requirements.
