This dining experience at The Wernher Restaurant is a truly special evening out. With an incredible setting within 1000 breath-taking acres of countryside, The Wernher Restaurant at the 5-star Luton Hoo Hotel is renowned for its inventive food and excellent service. Expect to pick from wonderful starters such as crab and lobster tian with tomato and vodka jam and confit grape and endive salad. Mains include concoctions such as pan-fried fillet of John Dory with girolle mushrooms, frog leg and Parisienne potatoes topped with garlic foam and twice-baked green pea soufflé on braised endive and baby gem with artichoke crisps and truffle emulsion. Don’t forget to leave room for dessert because options such as apple and black pepper tart tatin and deconstructed black forest gateau are certain to delight!

This experience is available from Wednesday-Saturday, year round. Dinner is served from 7pm to 10pm from Wednesday to Friday and from 6:30pm-10:30pm on Saturdays. All dates are subject to availability.
