Bean to Bar Chocolate Course for Two at Melt Chocolates
Learn the expert process of crafting a scrumptious chocolate bar from scratch with a chocolate-making experience for two at Melt Chocolate in Notting Hill. Starting with the cocoa bean, Melt's team of quality chefs will guide the class each step of the process. Discover how to organise, roast, crack, winnow and grind the beans. Taste the chocolate at each stage and identify how the flavours develop and change throughout. And then, temper the chocolate before piping and moulding it into a beautifully crafted chocolate bar. The session will touch on the history of this indulgent treat with insights into how the Aztecs crafted their own delicious cocoa. Enjoy a few samples of different chocolate origins and percentages and take home a unique chocolate bar each at the end.

Available week round throughout the year. Workshops take place from 10am and the last booking is available at 4.30pm.

Minimum age is six years. Please inform the school at the time of booking of any dietary, allergy or specific medical requirements.
This course lasts for around 90 minutes.
