All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Your voucher is valid for two people. Minimum age: 18 years. This voucher is valid for new customers only. This voucher is not valid for gift or trial boxes. One voucher per customer and per household. Once redeemed you will be signed up to a flexible weekly subscription. The deadline for cancelling or making changes to your order is Tuesday midnight the week before delivery is due. Voucher codes are not redeemable against any premium meal selections or surcharge items as confirmed on the supplier’s website. Valid for UK residents only (including Jersey and Guernsey), excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands. Cannot cater for dietary requirements. If you do not pause or cancel your subscription you will receive and be charged for subsequent boxes. They will be charged to your card as entered in payment details when signing up for the deal. Once purchased, this voucher is non-refundable.

My first box of meals arrived missing key ingredients with some items also substituted. I reported this to Hello Fresh and they offered to refund £15. The refund didn't happen because they stated that I hadn't paid any money for the box of food! So if you use a voucher you risk poor service and no remuneration. Hello Fresh have offered me £15 off a full price box - but who pays full price anyway with all of the offers they send you.
I would NOT recommend this company (Hello Fresh) to anyone..
