This voucher is valid for two people. Available week round, year round, excluding weekends in July and August, bank holiday Mondays, Valentine's Day (13th and 14th February), Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend (Good Friday and Easter Monday), 25th November until 1st January. Specific dates may not be available – please be aware this experience is subject to availability and operational changes. This experience is non-amendable and all dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Two of the boats are wheelchair accessible – River Palace and River Duchess – and River Duchess also has a wheelchair accessible toilet. However, the only wheelchair access is at the King’s Staith Landing. - Weather
Trips are subject to weather and sea conditions, please check the morning of the experience if in any doubt. - Duration
Depart from either the King’s Staith or the Lendal Bridge Landing stage, any time between 10.30am and 3.10pm. The cruise lasts 45 minutes to an hour (weather depending). - Other Info
All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Please book this experience in advance – walk-ups will not be accepted. Once booked, customers who do not show up for the experience without notice, will not be able to reschedule and a refund will not be available.

The tour guides were very welcoming. We wanted to sit on the top of the boat but it was raining. So the guide gave us a towel to dry the seats and also an umbrella to use. The tour was interesting and informative.
