Wet and Wild Adventure Day for One
Experience what it's like to be part of an iconic James Bond scene with this action-packed powerboating experience in Southampton. During the session, take part in two 007 style missions which involve experiencing the might of two of the UK's fastest and most impressive powerboats. Begin with a safety briefing then get kitted out in specialist race kit to prepare for the ride ahead. First, take control of a colossal Honda powerboat and push it to its limit using The Solent as your aquatic playground, before racing against the clock on a challenging offshore racing circuit. Next, hop into the passenger seat of the mighty Jet Viper and hold on tight while the skippers pulls off donuts, spins and side slides on the open water!

- Availability Description
The experience is available on Fridays and weekends between April and October (dates may vary). Book at least four weeks in advance (please be aware that bookings are taken up to a maximum of three months ahead).
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 12 but under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. Min height is 5'. Maximum weight is 17 stone. Maximum waist size: 55in/140cm (This is the maximum safe size of the lifejackets). This experience isn't suitable for anyone with a serious back, neck or heart complaint or for pregnant women.
Powerboating is a weather-dependent activity. It's essential to call the venue for a weather check between 5pm and 7pm on the day before the experience to check weather conditions.
Lasts for around four hours, including a total of two hours on the water.
- Numbers on the Day
There will be a maximum of 12 participants on the boat, 4 on the Honda’s and 3 on the Thunderbolt - plus instructor.
- Dress Code
Dress warmly and bring waterproofs and a change of clothes. Bear in mind that there is a high wind-chill factor aboard the boat. Wear non-slip shoes (e.g. trainers or deck shoes). An old pair of sunglasses/ski goggles will be useful if it is windy. Life jackets are provided – it is recommended that you wear comfortable clothes, soft shoes/trainers, and bring sunglasses, sun lotion and a warm sweater. You will be provided with weatherproof jackets (Not waterproof).

The venue includes 3 of free parking (£1 per hour after), changing rooms/toilets and an on-site restaurant/bar and café. The experience is operated by qualified commercial skippers and the vessels are coded for commercial use.
