Dim Sum Cookery Class
Master the delicate art of dim sum in the School of Wok's award-winning cookery kitchen based in Covent Garden. Learn essential dim sum culinary techniques including dumpling wrapping, pastry making and steaming, under the helpful guidance of an experienced Chinese chef. The day's menu may vary according to the seasonal ingredients available, but as a guide, make crispy prawn and bamboo dumplings, sui mai and rice wrapped in lotus leaf. At the end of the session, sit down together to savour each flavourful creation, or choose to take the food home instead.

- Availability Description
One Friday or Saturday per month. The school closes over the Christmas and New Year period and accepts bookings a maximum of six months in advance.
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 16.
Classes start 6pm - 6.30pm weekdays and 1pm on weekends, lasting approximately two and a half hours, with an extra half hour for dining.
- Numbers on the Day
Expect to share the experience with up to 11 other cooking enthusiasts.
- Dress Code
We advise wearing comfortable, closed-in shoes. Aprons are provided.
