Introduction to Vietnamese Cooking Class
Delve into the vibrant world of Vietnamese cuisine with this award-winning cookery course in central London. An expert chef will teach a variety of Vietnamese cookery techniques during this fun and interactive session. Prepare and cook a selection of aromatic Vietnamese dishes such as pork skewers with lemongrass or ginger chicken stir fry (with garlic and chilli, served with jasmine rice). Take these newfound skills home to create succulent dishes sure to impress any at any dinner party! Finally, sit down together to enjoy the food, or have it boxed up to take home and eat later.

- Availability Description
One Saturday per month. The school closes over the Christmas and New Year period and accepts bookings a maximum of six months in advance.
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 16.
Classes start at 1pm on Saturdays and last approximately two and a half hours, with extra time for dining.
- Numbers on the Day
Expect to share the experience with up to 11 other cooking enthusiasts.
- Dress Code
We advise wearing comfortable, closed-in shoes. Aprons are provided.
