Introduction to Chef's Knife Skills
This relaxed and hands-on culinary class at Ann's Smart School of Cookery is ideal for anyone wishing to brush up on their knife skills. Start the experience by learning how to proficiently sharpen and maintain cookery knives (bring knives from home, or feel free to use the cookery school's in-house equipment), before getting down to some serious chopping. Learn the correct methods for chopping a selection of different ingredients under the professional tuition of an experienced chef. As part of the experience, each person receives an exclusive 25 per cent discount on any Wusthof knife purchased on the day.
