
Introduction to Fishmongery in Essex
Overview
This introductory culinary course at Ann's Smart School of Cookery is great for those wishing to learn more about the art of seafood preparation. The class is fully interactive and led by a professional fishmonger who teaches important seafood preparation techniques such as lobster and crab dressing, shucking oysters and filleting fish. Once the all the seafood is prepared, an experienced chef cooks up a selection of delectable creations, along with some fresh and tasty side dishes. At the end of the class, sit down as a group to sample each dish with a well-earned glass of wine. Also receive 10 per cent off of any of 'Ann's Smart' ingredients at the on-site (or online) shop on the day.
