Horse Drawn Carriage Ride with a Picnic and Champagne for Two
For horse lovers, a day out in the countryside doesn't get any better than this. Take a jaunt in the sensational West Sussex countryside on a vintage Barouche carriage and soak in the sights while sipping champagne, before sitting down to a delicious picnic. Meet your trusty steeds, Tommy and Charlie, before boarding the carriage for a 45 minute drive that takes in some of the country's most breathtaking rural views. Afterwards, follow a secret footpath to your very own private picnic spot and enjoy a lavish hamper filled with treats such as pork pies, free range boiled eggs fresh from the local farm, cheese and chutneys, half a bottle of wine, ale, tea and coffee - and more. Pure bliss!

Seven days a week from April - October, excluding the Christmas and New Year period.
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 18. Maximum overall carriage weight is 40 stone. Participants must be physically able to climb into and out of the carriage. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
In the event of extreme weather conditions such as ice or snow, this experience may be cancelled and can be re-scheduled. If in doubt, please call the venue before setting off.
Lasts around six hours, including a 45 minute carriage drive and time to enjoy the picnic.

This experience is exclusive to two people, plus a professional carriage driver and groom.
- Dress Code
Please dress according to the weather conditions and wear sensible shoes for the countryside. Warm, cosy blankets are available in colder months.
