The open cockpit puts you at one with the plane and the sky
Enjoy the views as the instructor flies around
Have a go yourself and fly the plane
From an airfield in West Sussex, take to the skies in one of the famous Stampe SV4c vintage aircraft. The feeling will take you back to a time when aviation was all about the thrill and adventure of flying. Following a safety briefing down on the ground when you arrive, head to the plane with the instructor and feel the rush of the wind as the plane lifts off the ground and you are both sat in the open cockpit, marvelling at the views. The pilot will explain the controls and show you some great moves before letting you take over (if you're feeling brave) to give you the opportunity to find out what flying a plane is really like.
