Gluten Free Baking Course at Seasoned Cookery School
Bake gluten free treats at the Seasoned Cookery School on the Catton Park estate in rural Derbyshire and spend a day learning to cook with gluten free expert chef Stephanie Clubb. Discover the techniques required to make a delicious and versatile range of gluten free goods including bread, pastry and sweet treats. In addition, discover the science behind gluten free baking and how it differs from traditional baking methods, as well as learning which flour produces the best bakes. Make a white loaf of bread, Jaffa cakes and savoury choux buns. Refreshments are provided throughout the day, and of course bakers can all tuck into their gluten free treats created for lunch with the other chefs.

Saturday dates usually once a month throughout the year.
- Participant Guidelines
Both beginners and those with previous cooking experience aged 16 or over are welcome. Please inform the school at the time of booking of any dietary, allergies or specific medical requirements. The venue needs 6 weeks notice for cancellations or changes of experience date.
Starts at 10.30am and finishes at 4pm. Arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to ensure a prompt start.

- Dress Code
There is no dress code but comfortable clothing and flat, closed in shoes (as much time is spent standing) are recommended. An apron and all equipment is provided.
