Whether already a dab hand at dough, or still struggling to unravel the mysteries of bread-making, there's a course for everyone at the wonderful Seasoned Cookery School in Derbyshire. Choose from three recommended courses, including a class to make bread-making easy, a class focusing on all types of baking or a specialist class to create different kinds of dough, and spend a day in a beautiful courtyard setting learning tried and tested techniques from friendly professionals. Refreshments and lunch are included, and participants are welcome to take home their creations.
