Includes a welcome, introduction and familiarisation lap
Enjoy six exhilarating laps in a Mini Cooper S
Hold on tight for a high-speed passenger ride
We've all seen The Italian Job. Now this is your chance to drive a classic 1970's Mini Cooper S and find out first-hand why this is such a legendary car. Following a comprehensive safety briefing, hop into the passenger seat of a hot hatch for a familiarisation lap and get acquainted with essential racing lines and driving techniques. When ready, get behind the wheel of the nippy and powerful Mk 3 Mini Cooper S for six sensational laps of Heyford Park's circuit. Only 1500 of these classic Mini's were ever built, so this is a rare opportunity for any driving enthusiast. To conclude, hold on tight to be driven round the circuit at high speed by a professional instructor in a hot hatch.
At least one Friday or Saturday per month. The circuit is closed from early December to late February.
Minimum age is 18. Maximum weight is 18 stone, minimum height is 5' and maximum height is 6'6''. A full British or international manual driving licence must be produced on the day in order to participate.
Driving might be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice, heavy rain or high winds) which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the venue (if in any doubt).
Be at the circuit for around two hours, including briefing, driving time and hot lap. Arrive promptly to sign in (or risk missing part or all of the experience). Driving commences approximately 45 minutes after the booked start time.
