Urban Cider Making Experience at Hawkes Cidery and Taproom
Cider swillers, discover the secrets of urban cider production and have a go at making the apple-tastic nectar from scratch. Begin with a hot beverage and snacks before meeting Roberto, who conducts a fascinating tour of his cider production facility. See Roberto talk through how he uses London's only commercial cider press, taste a range of drinks and find out which nuanced flavours different apple types bring to the finished product. Then, have a go at making a brand new cider from start through to fermentation. End the day in the taproom with a cold pint of Urban Orchard Cider and a fresh stonebaked pizza of your choice. Leave with a souvenir Hawkes t-shirt to remember the day. Return the next month to pick up the unique craft beverage.
