Urban Cider Making Experience for Two at Hawkes Cidery and Taproom
Overview
Apple fans, delve into the tasty world of urban cider production and even make cider from scratch. After a welcome hot beverage and snacks, meet Roberto, who treats guests to a behind-the-scenes tour of his cider production facility. See London's only commercial cider press working, sample a range of beverages and discern the subtle differences in taste of various apple types. Then it's time to try making a brand new cider, from beginning through to fermentation. Finish off in the taproom with a lovely pint of Urban Orchard Cider and a lunch of fresh stonebaked pizza. As a souvenir, receive a Hawkes t-shirt to remember the day by. Return to the cidery the following month once the homemade craft cider is ready to pick up.
