Brewery Day at Brewhouse and Kitchen, Bournemouth
Beer lovers: become immersed in the world of hops, yeast and barley on this comprehensive course. Spend a full day learning all there is to know about the fascinating art of brewing beer. The day includes a Q and A session with the resident brewer, so bring a question and soak up some boozy wisdom. There's ample opportunity to sample the brewery's best produce, such as their session bitter Churchill's Fall or traditional IPA Lightning Bolt. Take a break to enjoy a hearty lunch. Get first-hand experience of brewing and take home the finished product in a five litre keg to enjoy at home. It's a chance to apply the new knowledge of brewing, as well as being the perfect memento.

Runs Friday, Saturday and selected weekdays throughout the year. Please provide at least two weeks' booking notice.
- Participant Guidelines
As this experience involves alcohol, the minimum age is 18.
Lasts between six and eight hours, including time for lunch.
- Numbers on the Day
Share the experience with up to eight other beer lovers. The minimum requirement is two participants.
- Dress Code
Wear warm old clothes (jeans are recommended, they may get dirty) and leather shoes or wellies for this wet environment.
