Seven days a week, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Weekends can get very busy; if a weekend date is required we recommend booking at least four weeks in advance (even earlier for summer weekends). - Participant Guidelines
Minimum age 16. Max weight 15 stone. Max height 6'6''. For security reasons, photographic ID (ideally a passport) MUST be produced by all passengers on the day or they won't be permitted to fly. - Weather
Flying is a weather dependent activity and it's essential to call the venue for a weather check before setting out. If the flight is cancelled because of the weather, it can be re-booked for an alternative date or time. - Duration
Lasts around 40 minutes, including a 30 minute flight. Flight times are approximate and are the chocks-off to chocks-on duration. - Numbers on the Day
The briefing might be shared. The flight is held on a one-to-one basis with the instructor. - Dress Code

Flying time can count towards a Private Pilot's Licence. To qualify for a PPL 35 hours of dual control and 10 hours solo flying is required.
