Woburn Safari Park houses a large variety of magnificent creatures and plays an active role in the conservation of endangered animals. Spend a day exploring the park's many enclosures and take a selection of incredible snaps, With your camera, enjoy two safari drives and get up close to some of Woburn's most interesting inhabitants. Visit a variety of animals including an African lion pride, a breeding group of Amur tigers, wolves and North American black eears, (there is also a chance to meet and feed lemurs). Access to the park reserves are via VIP Land Rovers driven by the guides for the day. Throughout the safari, an experienced working photographer provides practical tuition. A sandwich lunch and refreshments of tea and coffee are provided.
All year, weekends and half term dates only available from November to March. Please note the parks are shut weekdays from November to March so guests cannot stay in the park after the event.
Minimum age is 14, any under 16's must be accompanied by a participating adult.
The course may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice or severe rain). Please call the venue if in any doubt.
Lasts for seven hours including time for refreshments and lunch.

Much of the experience takes place outdoors, so please dress appropriately and wear suitable flat, comfortable footwear. Waterproof coat and trousers are also recommended in wet weather.
The course trainers are all hand-picked working photographers who share a passion for photography. Please note, participants must bring (and be able to comfortably carry) their own cameras and equipment.
