Soar to sensational heights with this exhilarating hot air ballooning adventure for four friends or family members to enjoy. With feet still firmly on the ground, meet your trusty pilot and help to prepare and inflate the hot air balloon together as a group. Once ready, each climb into the basket with the pilot ready for launching. Once at incredible heights of 3,000 feet, soak in beautiful panoramic views of the countryside below and savour the peace and tranquillity as the balloon soars effortlessly through the sky. After landing, help the crew pack away and to finish, receive a commemorative flight certificate. Balloon operators vary, with some offering a slightly longer flight and others a glass of champagne on landing.
Weekday mornings (excluding bank holidays) from March/April to October/November. Flights take place at dawn, when the air is at its most stable. Dates fill very quickly, so book at least four weeks in advance.

Spectators are welcome to watch the launch (a wonderful sight) and wave you off. A pair of binoculars or a camera will come in handy.
Wear trousers, long sleeves and sensible footwear (no high heels please). Please don't wear loose scarves or jewellery. Bring a hat - the heat from the burner overhead can be intense. Bear in mind that launch and landing sites can be muddy.
