Initially unsure about the show but having seen it would recommend it to friends
The food at Scoff and Banter was tasty and plentiful, and Stomp is a great show for anyone with a love of dance and percussion.
Was not sure if I would like this type of show but came out of the theatre on a high.
Food at the Dial was tasty and very well presented, service pretty good. And Stomp were fantastic - highly recommended
This play begins with gentle humour, then takes you on a journey to very dark place!
As Christmas presents go, this has to be one of the best, a two course meal at the glamourous Waldorf Hotel, service impeccable, timing spot on, food delicious. Couple of minutes walk to the Theatre, fabulous seats, absolutely brilliant performance, will definitely bring the rest of the family to see the show.
An outstanding night that kicked off with a beautiful dinner for 2 followed by a lovely short walk to the theatre. Show was excellent, intimate and thoroughly entertaining.
Excellent show superb dancers and performers.
The whole evening was one to be remembered. The meal was delicious and served by very friendly, welcoming staff. The theatre production was truly amazing and had us all jumping out of our seats! Definitely a must see!
We had a fantastic time from start to finish on our red letter day, a lovely meal with excellant service and half price drinks too, followed by the show of our choice Stomp, that was brilliant.
A thoroughly brilliant show, funny and entertaining. You'll never sweep the floor again without repeating the moves!
The restaurant (Christopher's Bar and Grill) was, atmospheric, the staff were very friendly and provided an excellent level of service, which can be hard to come by in theatre land. We had very good seats (on the 3rd row back) at the theatre. The overall experience was very good quality and we had a lovely, enjoyable evening.
The food at Christopher's was amazing and the play The Woman in Black was the scariest theatre play I have ever seen! Fantastic acting from two fine actors!
We found Christopher's to be an excellent restaurant with good service, high-quality food and a pleasant atmosphere. There was a fine choice of courses from the set theatre menu and plenty of time was allocated to enjoy the meal then stroll on to the theatre. We really enjoyed 'The Woman in Black' - the actors were very talented and the performance was both gripping and terrifying. Would highly recommend this experience to family and friends.
The Meal at Christophers was superb - fantastic food, great atmosphere. The play was great fun and full of suspense and comic moments and the delapidation of the theatre just added to the atmosphere.
Had a great evening lovely food and wonderful service, the show was brill with great interaction. Would gladly recommend this show to everyone.
Having seen the woman in black on the television a few years ago, we were really looking forward to the stage production. Their interpretation was outstanding, the cast were amazing. A great interpretation!
A very enjoyable and happy evening which started off by being tourists around Covent Garden - hadnt done that for years- and then a drink in a 'good old London Pub.' Then we had a scruptious meal at Christophers - excellent menu with fantastic wines to accompany. This would have been a great evening by its self - but on to the the woman in black - which was a really intriguing play which easily transported us to the haunted house!!! What good acting by the 2 players - held the whole story credibly and excitingly. All in all a lovely evening out which we would love to repeat again.
The food at Christopher's was of a very high standard. I had a salad with some beautiful Dolcelatte cheese and then lamb with creamed spinach, both cooked perfectly. My husband was equally pleased with his meal and the service was also very good. The theatre was just around the corner from the restaurant which made life easy and we had brilliant seats. The play was excellent. I knew the story, having read the book, but my husband did not and we both enjoyed it equally. All in all a lovely night out in London!
Present from our children for Wedding anniversary. Memorable day. Good meal and great show.
