From punk to psychedelia, rock and roll has sparked a variety of musical movements over the years and London has played a major part in its colourful history. Choose from two tours (morning and afternoon), each led by a resident rock aficionado. The morning tour covers iconic 50s and 60s sites including Abbey Road, in addition to the more diverse sub cultures that were spawned in the capital including Punk and Mod - visit seminal locations such as Pink Floyds studio, Elton's early flat and where The Clash created 'London Calling'. The afternoon takes a swinging sixties route - visit many Beatles related locations such as the famous Abbey Road crossing, as well as visiting the homes of legends such as Paul McCartney, Jimi Hendrix and Eric 'Slow Hands' Clapton.
Selected Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays during the summer season (from mid February). Selected weekend and Wednesday dates during the winter season (from mid November).
There is no age limit, but please be advised that children under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult (18 or over). A wheelchair can be stored in the vehicle but guests must be able to walk up and down the stairs of the bus.
The tour generally lasts between three to four hours.
