The hotel is situated in a quiet village by the river. The staff were very friendly and the food was first class.
Hotel was very good. Room was very spacious. Location excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Spa and restaurant staff very helpful and polite. Ordered flowers when booking and was handled very professionally.
Every thing about our stay in winchcombe was great The white hart had delicous food , lovely room and friendly staff , in fact everyone in winchcombe were welcoming and friendly loved it
We had a superb time at Tortworth Court. Spa is basic but great for a couple of hours R&R, food was tasty and the service was good despite what we had read in some reviews.
Only disappointment was that we had been promised a complimentary upgrade but we were advised to change rooms because of potential noise from a wedding party. I was assured that we had been moved to a similar upgraded room but when we got back and looked on line the room was proven to have been their basic room. Still very nice and would have no qualms in going back.
Excellent food, slightly cramped room
The New Inn was comfortable the bedding very clean and the food excellent.
Warm welcome, comfortable room, delicious food and great facilities.
Fantastic overnight stay at Beamish Hall Hotel, meal was outstanding and all staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was a bit on the small side but very clean and bed comfortable. Water for bath/shower really hot, lovely for soak after day spent at Beamish Museum. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and family.
Beautiful & peaceful surroundings. Food was out of this world and great value for money. Lovely friendly staff.
The hotel was dated. The paper in the room was peeling off, the room was very hot and when the window was opened plenty of flies flew in. The bathroom had rust on components. Wholes in wall. Very expensive drinks.
A dog ran through the restaurant when eating!
The most upsetting thing was when we wanted to go for a swim, the pool was closed! This was the main reason I booked this hotel! Very dissapointed.
We decided on this stay to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary and we are really glad we did. The food was excellent rooms spotless and the leisure facilities were great. We then went to Berekeley Castle the next day which was very interesting, so much history
very charming old inn, with excellent service and food both dinner and breakfast. My compliments to the chef
Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds - we stayed in one of the gardeners cottages- very modern and clean fabulous bathroom.
Good evening meal although brasserie itself appearance a little tired.
Excellent breakfast , plenty of choice of hold and cold buffet although the hotel was very busy with weddings and lots of guests arriving for breakfast together.
