Staff were exceptional, very attentive. Food and atmosphere were excellent. Would definitely go again. They also remembered from the booking we were celebrating a birthday!! They came over with a dessert and sang. Truly recommend!!

Waited just over an hour before grabbing a waitress to get some service . Everyone else who were on pre paid seemed to get served 1st

We arrived early & were shown to our table straight away. We were given a bottle of prosecco which surprised me as I was expecting them to just keep topping us up! What surprised me even more was that when we finished the first bottle, a second was given to us almost immediately! The tea itself was lovely, plenty of sandwiches & yummy cakes. We were offered unlimited tea & coffee but we didn't have any lol The staff were friendly & attentive. It was a lovely afternoon & we were not rushed away from our table - only when the lounge was closing did they move us but we were in no way rushed. The hotel itself looked lovely & the Christmas decorations were lovely
