One to One Tank Driving Session

Experience the full capabilities of a true military beast with this rip-roaring one-to-one tank driving experience in Leicestershire. Following a full safety briefing, suit up in official overalls and a helmet before hopping into a colossal military tank for a familiarisation lap provided by a qualified instructor. After getting acquainted with the tank controls, take over the reins and take it for two laps of the specially-designed course, first with the hatches open, then immersed in the control booth with the hatches closed. Finally, take a third lap and choose whether the hatch stays open or closed –with a challenging course and full instruction, this tank driving experience is a must for any ardent petrolhead.

• Availability Description

  This voucher is valid for one person. Available on selected Wednesdays and Fridays and weekends (£20 supplement), April–October. Runs hourly throughout the day but with no 4pm slot in October due to shorter daylight hours. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 16. Maximum height: 6'4''. Maximum weight: 22 stone. Participants need to be reasonably fit to take part. No driving experience is necessary.

• Weather

  To confirm the experience is definitely going ahead, please call Armourgeddon on the morning of the booked date.

• Duration Detail

  Expect to be at the venue for up to 45 minutes including a briefing.

• Numbers On The Day

  All tank driving and tuition is held on a one-to-one basis with the instructor.

• Dress Code

  Comfortable casual clothing and sensible footwear are necessary (as conditions can be muddy).

  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. For the purposes of safety, no dogs are allowed within the grounds. Spectator fees apply. A maximum of two passengers are allowed in the tank for an additional fee per person (minimum age eight) payable on the day.
