When else would you get a chance to drive these beasts of machines. I thought that the day was organised very professionally, the staff very friendly, encouraging and approachable. Everything about the day was spot on, including the talks on weapons and the SAS. The fact that my guest was also able to join in with some of the activities was excellent, and I know she had a great time as well. I will be telling all my friends and recommend they participate in what I reckon was one of the best days out I've had.
Loads of different experiences, you will be split into groups, and everyone gets to try everything. 4 different driving experiences. Lunch was good, as were facilities. Spectators always well catered for. Friendly and patient staff.
What An Ace Day!!! A Definite Must For All...
Fab, great, brilliant, none of which do justice in describing a truly remarkable day. Organisation, explanation, catering and instruction were impeccable, with all staff being ex-army you would expect no less. At the start it had just poured down, so beginning with the missile launcher and humvees was ideal, big boyz toyz and loads of mud, what more can you ask for? Then the armoury ... I had reservations about this, after all I wanted to drive and shoot, not listen! But the guy really knew his stuff and had us riveted, so I stand corrected. Muskets and mortars leading to clay pigeon shooting, it's never bad shooting shotguns! I really have to admit it was hard to decide which was the best between driving the Grozdilka tank or the SAS patrol. Don't think I've ever smiled so much as I did driving the tank!
I enjoyed every single aspect of the day and got some fantastic first hand chat with guys who had actually been there and done it all.
I Wanted To Stay Behind The Tank Levers All Day
A very enjoyable day with very friendly staff, who as well as having fun were very informative and respectful about the equipment they were handling, and the history and potential of what it is capable of. My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed her day joining in with the activities and talks. A great day, which before it started I thought was expensive, but after an action packed day with a fantastic home cooked dinner in the mess I felt it was great value for money and not short changed. I'm recommending this day to any prospective Tankies I know.

Great day out. The whole family attended to watch and really enjoyed themselves. We all felt welcome and involved. We got very muddy, but that was part of the fun. Would highly recommend as they are organised and thorough and the staff were extremely enthusiastic and interesting. The tanks were awesome!
It's So Good I Want To Do It Again!!!
What can I say, it's all I have talked about since I got back to Ireland, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, we all had great fun driving the tank and other vehicles, the food was great. Watching the winner drive the chieftain tank over the car was the best bit. It's so good I am saving up to do it all again. The weather was cold but we were having so much fun I never noticed. Don't think about it, just go and do it!
The team were all friendly, highly knowledgable and provided a brillant day for myself and my spectators. The price for spectators was truly excellent value and they also enjoyed themselves and had some great rides.

Very Interesting Insight Into Army Life
I went to drive tanks for the day, but came away from the day with a total different view on Army life! Everyone that day was fantastic in looking after us all and making the day very very interesting, from driving those tanks to finding out about life in the SAS. Thank you so much.

Great day, would definitely do it again. It was well organised. They all knew their stuff and made it really enjoyable. Just the right amout of people there, so we had plenty of time to do everything. Lunch was excellent, great choices. Easy going for spectators too. My brother and I really can't recommend it enough.

What a fantastic day! I loved every moment! There was a great atmosphere and we grinned and laughed all day. The whole event was well organised and packed with great activities. We drove four types of armoured vehicles, shot a musket and a cannon (cool!). We learned about the SAS and gingerly walked a woodland track looking out for booby-traps. The armoury talk-and-touch activity was fascinating, and I loved the clay pigeon shoot. The staff were all very professional, competent, friendly and great fun too. I would whole-heartedly recommend this to anyone.
A birthday he will not forget
This was a present to our son for his 16th birthday. He is normally a very quiet boy … but we went out for a meal that night and could not shut him up … I think its a birthday he will not forget quickly!
