Excellent location for theatre land, the hotel was right next door to The British Museum. The show was also excellent. The only thing I would criticise would be that the information about the hotel and tickets came by email very close to the date we were travelling and the confirmation letter from Red Letter Days gave the impression that the tickets would arrive by post. Having said this it was an excellent experience and I would book other events through Red Letter Days again.

On arrival at the hotel, we were told that the hotel had been overbooked and that we had been upgraded to their 5* sister hotel in Bond Street. For the inconvience caused, we were to travel by taxi, which also, covered the travel to the theatre and return journey, all expenses paid for by the hotel! We had extremely good view of the show, Chicago, which was spectular! Red Letter could not have been more helpful and very efficent in their service to us. Thank you Red Letter for an unforgettable London Theatre break!

We had a brilliant weekend, everything ran smoothly. We couldn't believe how good our seats at the theatre were and the hotel was heaven.

There were no problems in booking into the hotel or getting our tickets at the theatre. Everything went really smoothly. Well done.

The hotel was excellent, also the seats at the theatre and the show topped it all. Great time all round!
