Overview
Climb into a wetsuit, hop onto a hydrospeed and enjoy an exhilarating 90-minute white-water experience. A hydrospeed is a cross between a float and bodyboard and requires strength and stamina to tackle the unforgiving rapids. Head to the Lee Valley White Water Centre, which was host to some of the canoe slalom events for the London 2012 Olympics and prepare for a 90-minute thrill on the rapids. Before jumping in, listen in for a briefing from the instructor and test basic skills on this introductory Legacy Loop assessment course. Once the daring duo has mastered how to manoeuvre the hydrospeed, it’s time to tackle the rapids!
