Sushi Masterclass at the Gordon Ramsay Academy for One
Overview
Learn a new skill at the Gordon Ramsay Academy with a three-hour sushi making masterclass for one person, where you’ll learn from expert chefs how to create your own delicious sushi from scratch. With a combination of demonstrations and hands-on cooking, you’ll learn all the basic skills to make this tasty dish. Start off with cooking the perfect seasoned sushi rice which you’ll then roll and shape into maki rolls. Make your own simple fish, seafood or vegetable fillings and practise serving the sushi with condiments and extras to bring out its flavours. Take home a recipe pack to continue your journey at home, where you can experiment with even more flavours and fillings. You’ll also get to take home your own handmade sushi – if you haven’t eaten it already of course!

- Availability Description
Available on selected dates, year round. Choose either a morning or afternoon class. It is recommended that you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure best availability. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 16 years. This class is suitable for all abilities. Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. - Duration
Please allow up to four hours for the whole experience and arrive up to 30 minutes before the class starts to check in at reception. - Dress Code
Comfortable clothes and flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended. - Other Info
