Satisfy your chocolate cravings with an indulgent three-hour chocolate desserts cookery class for one at the Gordon Ramsay Academy in Woking. A team of expert chefs will teach you how to master this temperamental ingredient, sharing tips, tricks and demonstrations to make the best chocolate desserts. Try your hand at making a range of delicious puddings, including mousses, ganache, cakes and more, and even test out some unique flavour combinations such as miso caramel and espresso with cardamom. Any chocoholic would find it hard to resist eating all your creations there and then – but if there’s any left, you’ll have plenty to take home and enjoy. You’ll also receive a recipe pack with all the tasty recipes you’ve made in the class so you can recreate your favourites at home.

Available on selected dates, year round. Choose either a morning or afternoon class. It is recommended that you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure best availability. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 16 years. This class is suitable for all abilities. Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. - Duration
Please allow up to four hours for the whole experience and arrive up to 30 minutes before the class starts to check in at reception. - Dress Code
