Led by a team of expert chefs who will show you demonstrations and offer tips and guidance, you’ll discover how to cook each element that makes up this indulgent dish. Start off by searing and cooking the beef before making the herb crepes and mushroom duxelles and assembling it all together. Take away your unbaked Beef Wellington to bake at home, along with sides and instructions for how to get the best result. You’ll also receive a recipe wallet filled with everything from the class, plus you’ll have the chance to explore the cookbook library for more inspiration.

Available on selected dates, year round. Choose either a morning or afternoon class. It is recommended that you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure best availability. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 16 years. This class is suitable for all abilities. Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. - Duration
Please allow up to four hours for the whole experience and arrive up to 30 minutes before the class starts to check in at reception. - Dress Code
