Great service from Red Letter Days, so easy to book, good selection of experiences available and good information given. Excellent food, service and atmosphere on the Jazz Dinner Cruise on the Thames, with a surprising and impressive highlight at Tower Bridge. We went away feeling that we had enjoyed a very special experience, which we guess is what Red Letter Days is all about. Thank you.

This really was an excellent evening. Service fantastic, food superb, the whole evening is a must. We had the added bonus of being just before Christmas so additional lights but an evening on the thames in the winter really is wonderful. Fully recommend the whole Red Letter Days experience.

From start to finish this was one of our most enjoyable evenings. Well organised from Reception to disembarkation. What made it most special was the time of year, all the Christmas Lights but a great trip whatever time of the year. Highly recommended.

I booked this for my husband's 65th bithday as a surprise and he was delighted. The evening was perfect, the food, the music and I particularly enjoyed the music when we arrived at Tower Bridge and the Houses of Parliament - very rousing. Thank you for a perfect evening.

Very ambient trip and great for a special occasion. Loved the experience and my husband and I had the best time seeing all the beautiful city lights at night in London. Great food, great singing and music ,great wine and great staff.

My wife and I had a great evening having a dinner cruise on the Thames. The food and service was excellent. A three piece band played throughout with after dinner dancing. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

From the moment that we stepped on board for our evening meal and cruise the attention to our selves made us feel that nobody else mattered on board the boat. It was a truly memorable trip on the Thames for us both. For my wife it was the first time to cruise the Thames and especially in the evening to see all the major buildings and bridges dressed in lights and for me to renew from many years ago how wonderful the sights of London are from the river. Thank you to all of the staff and crew for their personal attention.

A nice welcome, a table with great views, great choice of food & wine which all tasted superb! We were so lucky with a beautiful clear evening and the views are quite spectacular. Great 4 piece band, dancing and atmosphere... Yes you guessed it... We enjoyed it!

The boat was better than we expected and the layout was good. The staff and crew were very pleasant and helpful. The boat sailed quite slow so we could really take in the sights which was great. The food was good and although we had to pay for our drinks the prices were pretty reasonable. The entertainment was very enjoyable but we think the claim of dancing to 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s music gave a false impression that it would be disco or a modern band playing. In fact it was mainly a singer and saxaphone player ( both good). All in all a very enjoyable evening which we would be happy to repeat.

From the minute we checked in to end of the evening the service, food and music were excellent. We were made to feel very special. The whole meal was very well presented with a wide choice of food for all tastes. The sights of London from the river were very interesting. It was a shame that the evening had to come to an end.

This dinner cruise on the Thames proved to be a very rewarding evening. Seeing the sights of London by night only emphasises the sparkle and romance of this great city. The service from this company was both smooth and efficient with the holding area at the pier setting the right tone for the evening. All aspects of the operation deserve praise. The waiters were polite and attentive, the food delicious, especially when one considers the small size of the kitchen, and the musical entertainment first class. This experience exceeded all expectations and I would certainly recommend it to others.

From start to finish everything was so enjoyable, being welcomed on board, the layout and lighting, the service, the food and the entertainment were top class! We both had a fabulous evening to remember for always. It was lovely to get dressed up sit back and relax and enjoy the setting, looking out at London all lit up, the landmarks and enjoying the food and music! The crew were very polite and helpful! We will definitely recommend this to people.

This experience is run smoothly and stress free. The staff are well trained and polite. Advice to the on board photographer is to perhaps reduce the price and he may have more sales of pictures. Food is of a high standard and more than enough. The entertainment is gentle and soothing. A good experience all round.
