Great Experience Recommend To All
I have grown up in London and never done anything like this before. It was a great experience the service was fantastic, the food was great especially the desert! The views from the Thames when the sun went down were amazing. We had the perfect evening and we were just sad it had to end. Would recommend this to all age groups it is great for a celebration or just a really enjoyable night out.
From start to finish this experience was amazing. Stylish clean boat, fantastic staff, great atmosphere, super food, great people and fantastic jazz band. Can't wait to go again. Very special, memorable night - only downside is didn't want to get off at 11pm!
My boyfriend and I booked this evening to celebrate our anniversary....and it was all we hoped it would be, and more. It was amazing, the views, the food, the staff - all 5*, we honestly couldn't have wished for a nicer evening. What topped it off was the 360 the boat took at Tower Bridge, with all the lights it looked beautiful and the special music on board highlighting the landmark made it a truely magical moment. Thank you Red Letter Days for such a special evening...and to my gorgeous boyfriend too :o) I have recommended to my family and friends, it is definitely a night to remember!
A Wonderful Experience - Really Enjoyed It
My husband and I have been very fortunate to have some lovely life experiences and this is one of them. We really enjoyed the ambiance, food, entertainment and service all five star rating. We also liked the cleanliness of the boat so, all in all, a fantastic Christmas Present from my husband!

Memorable Anniversary Dinner And Cruise
Thank you for a very special evening, one my husband and I will remember for a long time. The boat was fabulous, the food superb, the band/entertainment excellent and of course the scenery second to none-what a backdrop!! It was our 34th Wedding anniversary bought for us by our son and an experience we would certainly recommend to our friends. Excellent Event Fully Surpassed My Expectations
The evening was absolutely first class in all respects, the vessel, the food, the entertainment, the service, and the nice little touches like arriving at Big Ben to hear it chime the hour, and spinning the boat at Tower Bridge so that everyone could see and photograph the iconic landmark. I would have no hesitation in booking this event again for future celebrations, or reccomending it to friends and colleagues, indeed I have already reccomended it to friends. It was an unforgettable experience which surpassed all of my expectations.
Warm welcome, friendly staff, good food, romantic music, great views and water around - that is all you need for a memorable night.
We had a fantastic evening, from the moment we were welcomed with a drink and introduced to our waiter for the evening, who I might add was very efficient. The food was excellent and the entertainment superb. We were so lucky to have received this experience, which was given to us as a Christmas present from our two children and families, they certainly made the right choice. The Symphony river cruiser was enchanting, we left The Embankment on a beautiful evening and it just got better. To sum up, this was one of those occasions in life that we will talk about many times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
I treated my husband to this experience for his birthday, we had a wonderful evening and the memory will be well remembered.
A Wonderful, Quality Evening
I booked for a party of six of us, and from the time we boarded the 'Symphony' until sadly it was time to leave, we had a marvellous evening. The boat was decorated for Christmas, and the whole atmosphere was great; the food was beautifully served, delicious and with a good choice; the live music was superb, as was the singer, and dancing afterwards rounded it all off. I'll definitely be booking with Red Letter Days again in 2010!
