A great day and experience from the time of arrival to departure. Very well stewarded but no pressure on the time you spend at levels 69 and 72. Magnificent views over London and surrounding districts despite the weather not being at its best on the day

Shard is wonderful. Even though the weather not wonderful the view superb. Excellent staff everywhere. Lunch continued the great day, table at the window overlooking the river and Tower bridge. Worth every penny

Brilliant experience, fantastic views will do it again but at night time. The meal at the Strada was limited, (like two starters) needed to eat again when travelled home, otherwise a brilliant day out.

We had a really nice day out in London we went to the shard it really was a great experience. We then went to Strada for lunch which was very nice. This was on Thames riverside it was nice to see and watch everything going on around whilst eating lunch

We had a great time at the Shard and really enjoyed the experience. Everyone was very efficient and friendly. The Restaurant was very good as well, staff were attentive and the food was good!

Mum and Dad got me the view from the shard for my 21st birthday and i can honestly say even being afraid of heights that it was the best experience of my life. It's not everyday London looks like a toy town! The food afterwards was aslo lovely! So i'd like to say thanks to Red Letter Days and to my Mum and Dad for making my 21st birthday spectacular and a day i'll never ever forget.

Wonderful world class Meal, excellent friendly service. You get a lot for your money with best view Riverside. Can choose from alfresco dining to leather lounge style or glass gallery over Thames for those colder days. Short stroll from The Shard.........top class experience very professional friendly staff..lovely view plenty chances to take photos....even on cloudy day excellent view to top that electronic viewing machines add a modern space age twist. We didn't want leave.......even lift entertains you really is the best view in London.....

This Red Letter Day was a Christmas present our children. It was a wonderful day. The view from the Shard was mind blowing and the lunch at its river location just rounded the day off perfectly. Would recommend this gift to anyone

I found this really easy to book with prompt delivery of my tickets. There was no issues on arrival at the Shard. The staff there were friendly and efficient. The restaurant Strada exceeded my expectations. We were seated by the window with a spectacular view of London Bridge. The meal was delicious as was the bottle of wine we purchased! All in all we had a good day with no hassles. I would definitely use Red Letter Days again.

We did our Shard and Lunch Experience in reverse order startng with lunch at Strada. We couldn't believe our luck when we were given a window seat overlooking the river - what a view, The Tower of London and Tower Bridge and all the activity on the the water set a wonderful backdrop to our most enjoyable meal. Service was excellent, the food was tasty but the setting was an unexpected bonus. A short walk took us to The Shard where, once inside, the organisation was faultless with friendly staff ensuring that everyone had a pleasurable and speedy flight to the top. At the top we were totally blown away by the views from both levels and each time we went around we just kept seeing more things we'd missed before. An hour and a half disappeared in a flash but you are not limited at all and can seemingly stay as long as you want. A truly superb and not to be missed venue and combined with the fantastic lunch this is an unbeatable value for money Gift Experience. Do it or regret it!!
