Easy to book, friendly attentive staff, delicious afternoon cream tea. They did a fabulous dairy free version for me too. The East Sussex National Hotel itself was stunning.

Peckforton , Afternoon tea for 2 with bubbles
A breathtaking location, like walking into a fairytale castle .
It was a lovely sunny day and my friend and I were both looking forward to an afternoon tea at Peckforton , a treat .
The booking was confirmed, you have to ring to book your tome / date , then have to either print off or forward your e voucher to the reception at Peckforton .
The young man in the dining area kindly helped me to connect to the castle wifi and then to forward the e voucher , I'm not a techno and got a bit flustered , so would advise to print it off and take it with you ?? , if like me you arent e voucher / ticket savvy.
We were in the old kitchen area , O had hoped we would be on the dining room , which is gorgeous , but the service was excellent , lovely food and we enjoyed our afternoon tea with bubbles , we had a lovely time , had a look round and staff were all very welcoming and friendly .
We shall be back and will definately look at the accomodation with breakfast deals etc .
It was quiet and peaceful in the grounds and would recommend a midweek visit .
The price was great and we opted for the luxury option with lovely bubbles ??
Great value and would thoroughly recommend .
