This was a Christmas gift for me and my sister, we went to the spa yesterday and honestly had such a lovely day! The treatments were lovely and very relaxing. Jess was doing my treatments and she was very informative with the products that were being used and generally a lovely girl! Bobbie who works at the reception was amazing and really made me and my sister at ease upon arrival and through our spa journey. Thank you Jess and Bobbie for really making our experience. We will definitely be booking for a little birthday getaway!

Facilities are amazing! Everywhere is spotlessly clean. All staff have been so polite and helpful. My partner and I have loved every minute of our stay.

Well worth the money ,so much included in this stay ,lunch ,dinner ,breakfast ,use of towel & robe & a 45 min treatment each -all in beautiful surroundings

Red letter days easy to use and excellent. Champneys is a tired spa venue very in need of some expenditure in all areas. Service was excellent

This spa day and afternoon for me and my daughter to enjoy. We were both very happy and impressed with the day. The spa was lovely and uncrowded. We were able to relax and have a good catch up chat! The afternoon tea was first class and served in a room with a lovely view. We even brought home some cake for my husband to enjoy! Based on this experience, I am happy to strongly recommend this "red letter day".
