My afternoon tea for two at Marco Pierre White Steakhouse was a lovely experience, and one I would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous afternoon tea with a choice of sandwiches, scones and cakes. We loved it and would do it again.

It was our perfect Valentin`s Day with my wife. We experience good food and a lovely time. We rely enjoy it and we promised to come back with all the family.

The experience from start to finish was amazing! All the animals looked happy and well cared for, any staff we bumped into were so friendly and helpful answering any questions about the animals we had, nothing seemed to much! The safari was an amazing experience and the afternoon tea was incredible! Such an amazing day from start to finish ??

A brilliant experience

Really enjoyed our afternoon tea in Harrods yesterday. Pleasantly surprised at how full we felt afterwards. You do have to pay for additional stuff like bottled water and after everything we had an additional cappuccino and coffee. But we absolutely loved it

Greeted at entrance shown to a seat, she brought menu, took order all very professional, the sandwiches were lovely, scones a bit dry, cakes are lovely but after eating sandwiches and scones we got cakes boxed up, must say all of the staff are very nice

This spa day and afternoon for me and my daughter to enjoy. We were both very happy and impressed with the day. The spa was lovely and uncrowded. We were able to relax and have a good catch up chat! The afternoon tea was first class and served in a room with a lovely view. We even brought home some cake for my husband to enjoy! Based on this experience, I am happy to strongly recommend this "red letter day".

Couldn't wish for a more relaxing day, I enjoyed of the facilities eg, hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and pool before and after my two treatments, just wish the back, neck and should massage and Indian head massage lasted longer I was enjoying them so much. However, I was disappointed that there are no many spa options in Bournemouth or Poole where I live, most locations are above London, which is too far to travel. Whilst at the hotel I chatted with a mother & daughter that had come from Southampton as they said the same thing. Also I found the Red Letter Day website quite hard to navigate as when searching for a spa location it ignored my postcode, which wasn't very helpful & once I had entered my gift code it took me to bookings at the West Cliff, so I had no option of venue. Website needs to be seriously looked at.

The afternoon tea was excellent. Wortley Hall is a lovely venue and the staff were very welcoming.
