We are at the Slug and lettuce in Newport Isle of Wight .
We were welcomed by Sarah who looked after us really well for the evening.

A wonderful day
A very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The facilities were excellent and not too busy. There was help available if needed when using gym equipment. The spa area was relaxing and the treatments were great and the staff made you feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Great treatments, very friendly staff and a really good day overall.
Lunch was good, although fairly basic range of choices but generally something for all tastes.
