We loved feeding the meerkats. They were so friendly and confident around us. It was lovely to have them climb on us. The keeper was very knowledgeable.

First time going today and wasn't disappointed. The Alpacas are lovely, the guide was very knowledgeable learnt lots about our new friends. The Afternoon tea was ideal you can tell its home bakes. Would highly recommend

From the beginning this experience was very well organised with 3 videos to watch before you attend, an excellent safety briefing on the day with very simple and clear instructions. Your SCUBA diving gear is ready when you arrive and you’re given plenty of time to get ready before and changed / showered afterwards. There are 2 instructors for 4 participants and they are constantly checking you’re ok. We spent 45 minutes in the tank with fish swimming very close by, we even picked up the sand to drop onto them as they love that. There were sharks and stingray swimming close by too. The spectators had a great view too with large glass viewing areas. Altogether a great experience.

Son and daughter had the shark education dive at Skegness aquarium- the Red Letter Day gift process from start to finish was brilliant all comms and info for booking the experience was smooth and easy - really good price from RLD - and the follow on communications from the dive school was faultless via email such as a required e-learning safety course and disclaimer form etc which was straightforward- managed to get a fairly short notice approx 1 week booking - entry to the aquarium was easy and the dive team staff were very friendly and made the participants feel relaxed and confident- the aquarium has so many beautiful fish, rays and some small sharks which are amazing to view the instructors accompany throughout and they get to interact with the fish during the dive, it was a fantastic introduction to scuba and was a really great experience
