Amazing hotel
The cathedral gate hotel in Canterbury was amazing. Staff were lovely. Hotel rooms were clean and beds were great. It is in the heart of town but not noisy ans it was all so quirky. Photo from just outside our room

One night memorable break
With a range of locations and hotels to chose from, we opted for the Talbot Hotel in the lovely market town of Ledbury. The Talbot like many of the building in the town is a picturesque timber framed building bursting witj character. Our room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. Would definitely recommend this for an overnight break.

Wonderful time
The site could not have been more lovely or more picturesque. The site staff were amazing; laid back, kind, and couldn’t have done more to make our stay feel special. The animals and wildlife are precious, and the surrounding countryside is gorgeous.

The Pilgrim Hotel is a lovely friendly place with stunning views, our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good indeed.
The associated Golf Club is Rodway Hill, a 30 minute drive away but this was made easy by the hotels mini bus service.
The Golf course itself was very enjoyable with challenging holes, the green were in very good condition. Again the views of Hereford and the surrounding countryside were to be admired.
The clubhouse was clean, modern and very welcoming. I liked their idea of a golfers packed meal deal; Par, Birdie or Eagle, where you could have a freshly made sandwich, a snack and a drink for out on the course (£7)
I would definitely recommend this to friends and fellow golfers.
