Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Class for Two
Overview
Let yourself be transported to an oasis of calm with a unique yoga class with Nirvana Yoga Wellness. Stand-up paddleboard yoga brings together the health benefits of normal yoga, which include improved flexibility, strength and circulation, with the chance to connect with the natural world as you float on water. Start off with a safety briefing and a chance to try out your board on dry land before docking your board on the water and getting into the flow of your movements. Focus on your balance and coordination to bring you to a state of mindfulness as the expert instructor leads you through the class. To make it even more magical, these classes take place at either sunrise or sunset, making this an unforgettable experience.

- Availability Description
Available Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from April–September. All dates are subject to availability. - Participant Guidelines
Minimum age: 18 years. Participants must be able to swim and kneel and sit on a paddleboard. Please inform the supplier of any medical issues at the point of booking. - Weather
In the case of bad weather, classes may be cancelled and rescheduled. - Duration
Classes last between 1.5–2hrs. Please allow three hours total for this experience. - Dress Code
Please wear comfortable active wear. - Other Info
All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Participants must complete a waiver form before the class. Life jackets, buoyancy aids and wet suits are available. Changing facilities are available on site.
